Submissions > Instructions for submissions

We strongly encourage participants to submit a contributed talk or a poster. Registration with a submission will be prioritized.

Guidelines

abstract (250 world max). You can put a link to a preprint in the comment field. Any PDF files will be ignored.

After review, the comittee will choose the format between

• Poster: one poster session during the week
• Contributed talk: 20 min talk throughout the week

Important dates

• Opening: 6th of February
• Deadline: 12th of May
• Response for acceptation and format: upon 19th of May

Important: submission and registration are handled independently, do not forget to register to the conference as well!
