Submissions: From the 6th of February to the 28th of April. Response for acceptation upon 19th of May.
Registrations:
- Early bird: from the 6th of february to 26th of May
- Late: from 27th of May to 31st of July
The payment platform will be online soon. In the meantime you can still submit an abstract and register, we will contact you individually when payment in available. Prices will not change.
Cancellation conditionsIn the event of outright cancellation of your registration for the conference, a refund of the registration fee will be possible on written request by e-mail to mlataussois@sciencesconf.org before May 26, 2025, with a deduction of €100. After this date, no refund will be possible.
